2.Why isn't the device turned on?
Please check the positive and negative wiring.
1). Use 12V voltage, connect the red and yellow wires to the positive pole, and the black wire to the negative pole.
2). Check the fuse.

4.The steering wheel control does not work

5.4G card has no response
After correctly inserting the 4G card slot, the device needs to be restarted to display
6.The rearview camera does not display or the image is blurry
1). When reversing, the screen does not switch or there is no signal. Please check if the power cord Back cable is connected to the camera
2). There is no signal displayed when reversing. Please check if the back cable is properly connected, and also check if the camera is connected to the positive and negative poles of the rear car reversing lights
7.GPS has no signal
Please check if the GPS antenna is properly connected. If using an online map, the device needs to be connected to the network
